I spent Easter with my family, at home and for table we were prepared traditional dishes such as lamb block, red eggs and cozonac.After I went to church and afternoon I spent with my brothers and cousins in the garden, under trees.

De la acest proiect multilateral îmi doresc sa cunosc alţi copii de vârsta mea pentru a îmi îmbunătăţii cunoştintele despre tradiţiile şi ţările partenere, cât şi cunoştinţele legate de limba engleză.

Popular costume


Above expression of nation attestation, popular costume from Cândeşti to belong to zone’s Carpatic style of old tradition.
Woman’s port peasant sandals and wool hose with models maked by fiber weaving , longs as far as knee. Wool peasant skirt in a dark colour and ornate with diferite models from silk or arginty fiber. Betele are decorate with models and are longs as far as down. Embroideret blouse are maked from silk sail , maked at home, with longs sleeves.



Portul popular


Expresie vie a identităţii naţionale,structura costumului popular din Cândeşti aparţine stilului specifice zonei subcarpatice de veche tradiţie.
Femeile poartă opinci şi ciorapi de lână albă cu modele facute prin împletirea firului,lungi până la genuchi. Fota din lână de culoare închisă şi împodobită cu diferite modele din mătase sau fire arginti . Betele sunt decorate cu modele şi sunt lungi până jos. Iile sunt făcute din pânză de bumbac, ţesută în casă, cu mâneci lungi.

Romanian folklore

Romanian folklore is epitomizing all cultural and Romanian spiritual creations.
Conventions of festivities and facts from a person life are semnificativ for spiritual life of village.

1. Village Cândeşti-Vale day of Saint Paraschiva on 14 October. Then is organized a borough.
2. Sumedru fire on 25 October in eve of Saint Dumitru. This tradition is a maker of a fire from tires and in turn it people amassed and some persona gives goodness.
3. In eve of Christmas, kids go to carol and singing Star at the people’s doors, herald to everybody the light legend of nativity, and peoples gives them goodness.
4. In New Year evening, minstrels emanate everybody a new happy and rich year. This thing is makes after old traditions:

- Boys say Pluguşorul:
“Aho! Aho! Children and brothers
Hold on and don’t drive
Close to ox and join them
And listen my word!”
- Girls say Sorcova:
“Happy bouquet used for New Year’s wishes
Live and bloom
Like an apple like a pear
In summer midst!“
5. Of the Easter we decorate eggs after old tradition. These are painting with geometrical models or with flowers, and the tradition color for eggs is red.

Folclorul românesc

Folclorul românesc reprezintă totalitatea creaţiilor culturii spirituale româneşti.
Obiceiurile legate de sărbătorile şi evenimentele din viaţa omului sunt semnificative pentru viaţa spirituală a satului.

1. Ziua satului Cândeşti-Vale de Sf. Paraschiva pe 14 octombrie. Atunci se organizează un târg anual.
2. Focul lui Sumedru pe 25 octombrie, în ajunul Sf. Dumitru. Această tradiţie constă în organizarea şi facerea unui foc din cauciucuri în jurul căruia oamenii se strâng şi câteva persoane împart bunătăţi.
3. În ajunul Crăciunului, copii merg la colindat cântând Steaua pe la casele oamenilor ,vestind tuturor luminoasa legendă biblică a naşteri Mântuitorului, iar aceştia îi răsplătesc cu bani şi cu bunătăţuri.
4. În seara anului nou, colindătorii urează tuturor un an fericit si bogat. Acest lucru se face prin colindele vechi :

- băieţii spun Pluguşorul : “Aho! Aho! Copii şi fraţi,
Staţi puţin şi nu mânaţi
Lângă boi v-alăturaţi
Şi cuvântul îmi ascultaţi ! ‘’.

- fetele spun Sorcova : ‘’Sorcova vesela,
Să trăiţi,să înfloriţi
Ca merii ca perii
În mijlocul verii.’’.
5. De Sf. Paşti decorăm ouăle după vechiurile obiceiuri. Acestea sunt decorate cu figuri geometrice sau cu flori, iar culoarea tradiţională cu care se vopsesc ouăle este roşu.

Let's start our short story about the village of Candesti by letting the images "speak" about the beauty of the landscapes with green and full of freshness orchards, trees and hills and wonderful people.

Să începem mica noastră poveste despre satul Cândeşti lăsând imaginile să vorbească despre frumuseţea peisajelor de aici cu livezi verzi şi pline de prospeţime, copaci, dealuri şi oameni minunaţi.

School Matei Gr Vlădeanu

The school was founded in the year of 1841 and is named after the first school teacher here Matei Gr. Vladeanu
Before its founding, the first part of the school was given into use.

Şcoala Matei Gr. Vlădeanu

Şcoala s-a înfiinţat în anul 1841 , iar numele ei este dat de primul învăţător care a fost : “Matei Gr. Vlădeanu”.Înainte de înfiinţarea şcolii, partea din faţă şcolii a fost dată în folosinţă.

The Wood Church from Vartop

Built between the years 1803-1804 the Church represnts one of the most interesting and important historival monument.It was built by the master Bratu and the house painter Enache.The porch of the church is uphold by six pillars decorated with floral and geomatrical motives.The windows are narrow.
In the outside, the church is decorated with a belt sculpted in fish scalds.

Biserica de lemn din Vârtop

Ridicată între 1803-1804 reprezintă unul dintre cel mai interesant şi important monument istoric. Aceasta a fost construită de Bratu meşter şi Enache zugrav.Pridvorul bisericii este susţinut de şase stâlpi decoraţi cu elemente florale şi geometrice. Ferestrele sunt înguste .
La exterior, biserica este decorata cu un brau sculptat in solzi de peşte.
